Producer and Sports Reporter
A former sports agent and sports broadcaster, John featured on AM830 as a fill-in host and reporter. At the same time, he wrote an online column reporting on NFL teams including his beloved San Francisco 49’ers.
Radio beckoned again as he co-created and launched The Franchise in 2015, returning to the AM830 airwaves. The show quickly gained a following across Southern California as the post-game following Angels baseball. John then negotiated a deal to nationally syndicate The Franchise on SB Nation Radio.
John enjoys bringing his insight and passion to his viewers.
John is most excited about being a part of Prep Sports Media. “I feel broadcasting games is the best way to help high school athletes to get exposure. Sponsors can feel great knowing their money is helping young athletes, this is a win-win for all.”
John can currently be seen as a producer and reporter on various projects produced by Prep Sports Media and The Franchise Media Group.
John has donated his time over the years as a coach and referee for various youth football, baseball, volleyball, and basketball leagues.
John follows the LA Lakers and the San Francisco 49ers. His favorite athlete is Joe Montana because of his great leadership abilities and his professionalism under pressure. “He is the all-time greatest ever!”
